All sessions are confidential, meaning that the coach will in no way share what is discussed with others. Do note that this is not the traditional “doctor/patient” relationship you find with traditional psychotherapy, meaning that we are equal partners in your success!
Service Options
1. Personal face-to-face: Sessions will be conducted with both parties present in an agreed-upon location. It is recommended that the place be one where the client can talk freely, especially if there will be highly sensitive issues being discussed.
2. Telephonic: Sessions will be conducted over the telephone (it is recommended that a land line be used when possible to ensure quality sound and connection). There will be a designated time to call in and there will be a delineated person to call in first to the other.
3. Internet Instant Message: Sessions will be conducted over Yahoo Instant Messaging. A designated sign-on time will be determined, and each will have the other’s account name listed in “Friends”. It is not recommended that this method be used with highly sensitive topics, as Internet messages can be viewed by third parties. Likewise, if you are not adept at typing, one of the above methods should be used.
